Il primo cd live dei Mismountainboys, storica band italiana di country & bluegrass nata nel 2005, registrato durante la tourneè 2017 al Teatro Osoppo di Milano.

Nelle tracce troviamo sia dei classici country, come le sempre verdi "Jambalaya" di Hank Williams e "Ring of Fire" di June Carter & Merle Kilgore, portata poi al successo da The Man in Black, che degli standard bluegrass / hillbilly come "Roll in My Sweet Baby's Arms" e "Man Of Costant Sorrow". L'ossatura principale della scaletta è basata sulle tracce presenti nel sesto cd da studio intitolato "Pickin Strings" che è anch'esso disponibile su questa piattaforma di musica liquida.

Unico inedito presente nel progetto discografico è "West Texas Waltz" omaggio al grande artista outlaw Billy Joe Shaver.

Le versioni live dei brani presenti in "LONESOME TRAVELLIN" trasmettono il sound che la band propone da sempre nel suo never ending tour, ben rappresentato dall'immagine di copertina, che li porta da più di un decennio a macinare km su km in tutte le piazze del nord e del centro Italia con diverse puntate in terra elvetica.

This is the first live cd recorded in june 2017 at Osoppo's Theatre in Milan by the Mismountainboys Country & Bluegrass Band.

Inside the record the listener can find Country Classic Hits like "ambalaya down the Bayou"by Hank Williams or "Ring of Fire" written by June Carter & Merle Kilgore or Bluegrass Hillbilly standards like "Roll in my sweet baby's arms" and "Man Of Costant Sorrow.

Many songs come from the latest studio album called "Pickin' Strings" recorded in june 2017. Also this one is available on Band Camp Platform.

There is aso a new song,never recorded on studio albums before
and it is called "West Texas Waltz" written by BJ Shaver.

The cd cover, an old coach bus of the 50's, represents very well
the "Never Ending Tour" from town to town all over the northern Italy and the Switzerland terttitories.
